Hal Campbell, President & Chief Executive Officer
Hal Campbell joined ACS Technologies as a programmer, writing software for the company's core products. The son of a minister, Campbell was influenced by his background to build a career in helping the church market. He was instrumental in developing what would become the company’s best-known and most successful product, ACS. Because of his vision, Campbell was named president of ACS Technologies in 1984. At that time, ACS Technologies had nearly one hundred clients and ten employees. Campbell has lead the company in key acquisitions and technological advancements which have grown the organization to over 300 employees, agents, and trainers with more than 12,000 church and organizational clients throughout the United States. Campbell holds a degree in Business Administration from Francis Marion University and is an active member of the First Presbyterian Church of Florence, South Carolina.

Marvin Owen, Vice President
Marvin Owen joined ACS Technologies as a programmer and helped to write the initial code for the company’s main product, ACS. Instrumental in developing a larger, more experienced programming department, Owen took over as programming manager and gradually expanded his position to include overseeing the support and training operations of the company. Through his career he helped the company adopt more efficient programming procedures and made a natural transition to vice president and general manager in 1998. Under his leadership, the company saw the evolution to a more clearly defined customer support department that better met the needs of their clients. Prior to joining ACS Technologies, Owen was a consultant with Arthur Anderson. He holds an undergraduate degree from Furman University and an MBA from Wake Forest University. Owen is an active member of the Central United Methodist Church in Florence, South Carolina.

William P. (Scotty) Campbell, Jr., Original Board Member
William P. (Scotty) Campbell shared a passion for the success of ACS Technologies from the beginning and traveled the country in the early 1980s holding software demonstrations at churches. Campbell then accepted an offer to work for State Farm Insurance, preparing him for his own agency. His hard work came to fruition in 1985, which awarded him an agency in Lake City, South Carolina. He has served on the School Board Committee since 1999, and presently serves on the Steering Committee for a new YMCA in Lake City. Campbell founded the Greater Lake City Athletic Association, and today has close to 200 participants each year. Scotty was appointed to the ACS Technologies Board of Directors in 2000. Prior service includes president of the Jaycees, Chamber of Commerce Board Member, Board of Directors Member for the United Way, and Advisory Board Member for the Citizens Bank. He served the Lake City, City Council for four years and the Cub Scouts for five years as a Cub Master. Campbell has lived in Lake City for 20 years and is an active member of Lake City First Baptist Church.

Paige Wright, Executive Customer Relations Manager
Paige Wright joined the company in 1995 as assistant to the national sales manager. She assumed responsibility for Central Services in 1997. In this role, she was responsible for sales, vendor relations, and order processing f or the company's line of forms & supplies, and al so oversaw order pro cessing for all software orders. Additionally, she was responsible for add-on software sales in company-managed sales territor ies. In her current role, she leads the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives and provides data analysis support for the company's business units & sales strategies. Prior to ACS Technologies, Wright owned a business that supplied wallpaper and window treatments to government naval bases and hospitals as well as residential clients. She attended the American College of Applied Arts, and recently completed the Executive Education Program at the Daniel School of Management ( University of South Carolina ). Wright serves on the board of ACS Technologies Group, Inc. as a non-voting shareholder.

Craig Hearon, Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer
Craig Hearon joined ACS Technologies as operations manager and controller. Through his diligence in overseeing financial operations of the company and in order to better position the company for future growth, Hearon was named CFO in 2000. Hearon’s background in finance and accounting has prepared him to manage the company’s fiscal operations. Prior to ACS Technologies, Hearon served as director of Human Resources for McLeod Regional Medical Center, senior vice president of Human Resources, corporate treasurer for TranSouth Financial Services, and as an equity analyst in the Investment Division at Liberty Life Insurance Company. Hearon currently serves on the Board of the Florence Salvation Army and has held past positions on the Florence Chamber of Commerce Board, was President of the Pee Dee Kiwanis Club, President of Florence Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Ambassador of South Carolina Chamber of Commerce, and board member of the Daniel Management Center at the University of South Carolina. Hearon holds a B.A. in Social Sciences from Limestone College and an MBA in Finance from Winthrop University and is an active member at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Florence, South Carolina.
