As parish life coordinator of the Holy Cross Catholic Church in Wagoner, Oklahoma, and Libby Phillips is the parish’s only employee other than the priest. Up until recently, Holy Cross had been tracking its church members by hand and had no software system in place to keep record of important membership data. With nearly 300 members, Phillips felt that it was time to employ a software program to help manage the church.

Remote Access. Since Phillips serves on the Parish Technology Information & Support Committee, she was made aware of ACS software products through several training seminars put on by the company. Since Holy Cross had under 1,000 membership records, Phillips purchased WebACS to help her manage the church. Through WebACS’ easy-to-use system, records can be entered using any Internet connection. Phillips was able to enter information at the church, or from her home office.

In addition, as the church has grown, Holy Cross has been able to adapt other software tools into its repertoire of office managing tools.
