With over 2,000 members, three worship services, and a budget $1.1 million dollars, Highland United Methodist Church in Raleigh, North Carolina has successfully converted from DOS to ACS for Windows after using the DOS operating system for nearly 10 years.
Training Solutions. “I wouldn’t have done it any other way—it was so smooth having the ACS trainer – very patient and helpful,” said Lisa Anthony, the church’s business administrator notes in regards to having on-site training to walk her through the transition. “The transition went extremely well.” In order to convert from DOS to Windows, Highland had their trainer come out and take them through the process.

Conversion Success. “Our trainer spent a whole day with us getting our foundation set up—I couldn’t ask for better support. It was incredible—when we converted, all our data from last year and this year was converted as well—it was more than I expected! Support is always there for us—we’re really pleased about that,” noted Anthony.
