Morningside Ministries located in Port St. Lucie, Florida, is a multi-site organization consisting of Morningside Church, Morningside Academy, and Little Friends Preschool. The church averages 1,800 in attendance over three weekend services and employs 9 full-time and one-part time pastor. The academy has over 600 students K-12, and employs over 40 full-time staff plus has additional support staff. The preschool contains nearly 200 students and a staff of 20 full- and part-time employees. Needless to say, Morningside Ministries has to keep in touch with numerous members and families and has a large staff that needs immediate access to a wealth of information.

Here is what the Executive Pastor and Academy Administrator of Morningside, Scott Crawford, has to say about his experience with ACS Technologies® and moving to ACS OnDemand™:

"We first approached ACS Technologies® in 2005 to improve our database management. Until switching to ACS, we were using one company for our school software, one company for our church software, and another company for our check-in software for tracking students. Typically many of our students in the Academy were also in our church software due to attending children's services, and the upkeep on all the records became a nightmare.

"ACS was able to help us. We purchased their church software (ACS) and the school software (Headmaster®), and their online module (Access ACS™). At the time, ACS OnDemand was not yet developed, so we hosted the software on our servers locally. An immediate positive impact was felt once we were set up with ACS. For the first time in Morningside's history, our entire staff was able to access whatever information they needed from wherever they were!

"Our pastors are now able to access the ACS client program anywhere they are as long as an Internet connection is available. Our teachers are able to do their grades, assignments, and lesson plans from home, rather than having to stay late every day. And, our support staff now has access to critical information wherever they are. Moving to ACS OnDemand has made doing ministry easier by providing the information we need when we need it, regardless of where we might be.

"Additionally, we no longer have to run the updates and new version installs. Everything is done by ACS at their headquarters. Their support staff is available and always willing to help no matter how big or small the situation may be. Our concern was whether or not we would still be able to print to our printers from ACS OnDemand. However, printing turned out to be no problem at all.

"The ACS OnDemand technology is cutting edge and has solved a number of issues for both our church and our school.
