If you have to cancel your registration for the convention, please call 800-669-2509 or email convention@acstechnologies.com. Please Note:  If you don't show up and haven't notified the training department of your cancellation, your organization will still be responsible for payment.  Substitutions may be made at any time.  Tours will only be refunded if we can sell your spot.

Early Bird Cancellation – If you cancel on or before March 13, 2009, you will receive a full refund.

Regular Cancellation – If you cancel March 14 through April 30, 2009, you will be refunded 80% of your registration fees.

Late Cancellation – If you cancel from May 1 to May 9, 2009, you will be refunded 50% of your registration fees.

No Refund Cancellation – Registration fees for cancellations on or after May 10, 2009, are not refundable.
