ACS Technologies has partnered with Nelco, our tax form vendor, to offer tax e-filing solutions for filing federal and state W2's, 1099's, and 941 forms electronically. ACS Tax E-File is an optional service available within your ACS software for quickly filing wage and information reports online.

How it Works

This fast and efficient optional service is available on the Period End Reports menu in ACS Accounts Payable™ for 1099's and ACS Payroll™ for W-2 and 941 forms.

When you select the Tax E-File option, you are prompted to create a user account which creates your data extract and sends you to the ACS Tax E-File dashboard to electronically file your federal forms and state W-2's. The data in this electronic filing module comes directly from your ACS program. Each time you enter this electronic filing module, the data available to you is representative of the most current data you have entered into your program.
