  • Keep an unlimited amount of phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses for each individual or household. Phone numbers and email addresses may be marked as unlisted
  • Create and record unlimited comments by individual or family from emergency contacts or medical alerts to restricted pastoral comments. Set security for each user and comment type
  • Import individual and family pictures from digital files, scanned images, or third party pictorial directory firms
  • Quickly access records by first name, last name, a combination of last and first name, envelope number, phone number, or active primary address
  • Store an unlimited number of user defined participation categories such as activities, committees, skills & interests, spiritual gifts, and small groups
  • Easily create or modify groups all at once
  • Customize your windows with denominational preferences for terminology and the types of information recorded.
  • Deactivate individuals with a simple click of the mouse, and by default that record will not be included in searches, filters, reports, or newsletter labels. This default can be overridden
  • Quickly make uniform changes to all records or special segments of records
  • Merge two households in marriage, change individual family positions, or move an adult child into his or her own family with the Change Family Unit feature
  • Set address activation dates for people with winter or summer homes
  • Produce pie charts, line graphs, or bar graphs on many system-defined and user-defined fields. Adjust standard reports to meet your needs and rename and save them with notes for future use
  • Export any report to other programs, such as Microsoft® Word or Excel®
  • Chose from five categories of standard reports:
    • Cards – Name Badges and 16 options for rotary and file cards
    • Directories – Fully customizable People Directory and four Pictorial Directory options
    • Lists – Eighteen different report options with many optional setup features
    • Extracts – In addition to Standard and Customized People Extract, you may extract data to use with Olan Mills™, Lifetouch™, PhoneTree™, and your PDA
    • Statistics – Three statistical reports with custom setup options
  • Use the bulk mail capabilities built into ACS People™ and save time in preparing mailings. ACS fully supports CASS address verification and records ZIP + 4, delivery point bar codes, carrier route, and line of travel bar codes
  • Save time with ZIP code sorting, barcoding, and endorsement line printing on labels
  • Get directions to any person’s home from your facility with just one click to the Internet mapping feature
  • Add longitude and latitude for Geocoding and interface with mapping software
  • Use the email options to easily interface with your e-mail program, such as Microsoft Outlook or Constant Contact®
