• Allows virtually unlimited information on every individual. In addition to standard fields like addresses, phones and birthdays, there are additional lists and date fields that you can customize.
• Personal records are grouped by family unit, so last names and addresses are entered once for the whole family. Different last names or addresses can be easily changed for an individual, while maintaining family relationships. Labels print properly for households with different last names.
• Keep an unlimited amount of phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses for each individual or household. Phone numbers and email addresses may be marked as unlisted.
• Create and record unlimited comments by individual or family from emergency contacts or medical alerts to restricted pastoral comments. Set security for each user and comment type.
• Import individual and family pictures from digital files, scanned images, or third party pictorial directory firms.
• Quickly access records by first name, last name, a combination of last and first name, envelope number, phone number, or active primary address.

• Store an unlimited number of user-defined participation categories such as activities, committees, skills & interests, spiritual gifts, and small groups.
• Multi-level structure makes it easier for you to retrieve reliable information necessary for mailings, lists, and reports.   Easily create or modify groups all at once.
• Customize your windows with denominational preferences for terminology and the types of information recorded.  Field setup is flexible, so denominational reporting needs can be met without limiting the additional information that the church can maintain.

• Even correctly entered data must be kept current.  ACS People has many features that simply this task including:
  • Record Deactivation:  a simple click deactivates any individual, and by default that record will not be included in searches, filters, reports, or newsletter labels. This default can be overridden.
  • Mass Change:  Quickly make uniform changes to all records or special segments of records.
  • Define Lists:  Create new customized groupings (such as faith background) and add new options to existing listings.
  • Change Family Lists:  Merge two households in marriage, change individual family positions, or move an adult child into his or her own family.
  • Delete Individual or Family:  Delete members easily as they move.
  • Address Activation:  Set address activation dates for people with winter or summer homes.

• Produce pie charts, line graphs, or bar graphs on many system-defined and user-defined fields. Adjust standard reports to meet your needs and rename and save them with notes for future use.

ACS fully supports CASS address verification and records ZIP + 4, delivery point bar codes, carrier route, and line of travel bar codes.  ZIP code sorting, barcoding, and endorsement line printing on labels are also supported.
