Organize all family and student records to efficiently maintain registration, pre-enrollment, and enrollment activities. Build staff, teacher and class files to create rosters, schedules and lists for managing daily school activities. Track attendance, behavior and academic records to generate report cards, progress reports and transcripts. Choose from more than 100 pre-designed reports to print directories, e-mails, and notices.

- Data Conversion: With the purchase of the OnDemand school solution package, clients receive a basic data conversion. The ACS data services team can import records from most databases or excel files. Data services will attempt to import fields from Student, Parent, Teacher, Staff and Emergency Contact records. A level 2 conversion upgrade is available for $200 and includes Permanent Records and Alumni records.
- New Client Orientation: Each new OnDemand school site receives new client orientation with a certified HeadMaster trainer. This customized orientation session will introduce the primary user to Headmaster, plan additional web or onsite training events and walk through the implementation of the OnDemand solution.
