The purpose of this page is to provide you with information about how to navigate and use our Web site. If you need assistance with one of our products, please use one of these options:
How to Use Our Site

Navigation:

  1. The ACS Technologies logo is a link that will return you back to the Home page from any page. You may also click on the Home link.


  2. The Client Portal is a place for all ACS clients that are enrolled in one of our Client Programs. From the Client Portal, you can find any of the Web-based software login pages, access any of our online support resources, and take advantage of other online services.


  3. A Site Map is an interactive outline of the structure of our site. It contains an organized index of links to all the main pages. If you are looking for a specific page, you could use the Site Map to find the link. You may also use the Shortcut Menu on our Home page.


  4. You can conduct a keyword search on our site for specific content and information. After entering your search term(s), simply click on the "Go" button, and you will be taken to a page with the results. This search feature will only look for results within the ACS site, not the Web in general.


  5. Use the Popular Pages drop-down to go to page that many others have found to be useful or relevant to current issues.
Viewing Preferences


Browser Compatibility - Our site is best viewed with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x, Netscape 6.x, or higher version Internet browsers.

Screen Resolution - For optimum viewing of our site, we suggest you set your monitor resolution to a minimum of 800x600. 1024x768 is ideal because it will expand your viewing area.

Plug-ins - We utilize a couple formats that require plug-ins. If you have not done so already, you will need to download the following plug-ins and make sure they are installed in your browser: Adobe Acrobat Reader for viewing and printing PDF's and Adobe's Flash Player. (Please follow the links to download the latest versions of each plug-in.)



Advanced Internet Options - Please ensure that both Java and Javascript are turned on. Most likely your browser already has them enabled as a default setting.
