LiveStor

Schedule automatic backups of your most valuable data files.
Your staff manages irreplaceable data on a daily basis and depends upon the accessibility of the information represented within your files. Unfortunately, all data is susceptible to PC viruses, hardware failure, human error, power outages, or even the unexpected physical disaster. Therefore, we have created LiveStor, a simple, downloadable application that will safely protect the time and resources you have invested into your information management. LiveStor helps you protect your irreplaceable data by automatically storing backups of your most valued files on our remote servers.

Benefits

Have peace of mind.
In the event of an unexpected power outage, computer virus, or some other unfortunate occurrence, it's comforting to know you had the foresight to put an automated file backup process in place. With LiveStor, you don't need to remind yourself to run manual backups. Simply set a schedule, select the files, and your backup job will automatically run.

Save time and money.
LiveStor enables your organization to backup valuable data files without the overhead and expenses typically associated with the process. By safely transferring your files over the Internet to our secure servers, you keep your data accessible from virtually anywhere and eliminate the escalating costs of storage equipment, devices, media, and the time to perform manual procedures.

Easily restore your data whenever necessary.
Instead of waiting hours for physical retrieval of disks, tapes, or drives from an off-site location, LiveStor's Web-based restore option provides a quicker way to recover your organization's data files, anytime and from virtually anywhere. It gives your organization the benefit of immediate recovery and the freedom to place resources on other projects.

Keep your files safe in a remote location.
LiveStor uses an Internet connection to transfer your files to a secure server at a remote facility, where the architecture is constantly monitored for consistent temperature, humidity, water or fire detection, and an uninterrupted power supply. By safely keeping your files at our remote location, you guarantee that any unexpected event in your office will not affect the data you backup.

If it's a file on your computer, we can back it up.
Unlike software that can be reinstalled, damaged data files can potentially be lost forever. LiveStor is the ideal solution for backing up any valued data file, even if it is not an ACS-specific file. In fact, multiple users can backup files from multiple machines by running jobs as background tasks, meanwhile working in other applications as the backup executes.

LiveStor eliminates the question of which files will you be able to recover when the unexpected strikes your desktop.

Highlighted Features

Jobs
Every backup that you schedule and run is called a job. All jobs are managed in one window and can be edited, changed, or deleted at any time. You can even monitor the transmission progress and transfer details of actively running jobs.

Restore
LiveStor makes it simple to restore your files back to their original integrity. With a common file tree display, you can browse to the file or folder you wish to restore, and then with a couple clicks of the mouse, you can select the exact file and version you would like to restore.

Reports
Administrators can access detailed statistics and activity reports online. After signing in, they can review the total account storage, monitor backups per user, and assess the upcoming storage usage by comparing incoming volume to files that are pending deletion.

Taskbar Utility
LiveStor remains in your Windows taskbar after it has been opened and efficiently runs in the background as you use your computer. Jobs run according to schedule behind other active applications and use a live Internet connection to transfer your files to our secure, off-site servers.

Web-based Administration
By safely storing your files on our remote servers, you will have access to your files from virtually anywhere. Simply sign in through a Web interface to view various account details and to add or delete users.
