I received a call recently at 10:00 pm concerning one of my church members who was in the emergency room because of a car accident. I knew the name of this man, but couldn't remember his wife's name or what any of the family members looked like. With Access ACS, I was able to look up the family record, find out the name of the wife and children, and even see their family photo. It felt good to be able to walk into that waiting room and immediately recognize her and call her by name.
