ACS CASS It! provides your office with the tools to CASS Certify mailing addresses to meet US Postal requirements for address verification. This helps you qualify for postal discounts. With CASS It!, you can update your CASS certification with each mailing. If yours is a growing church adding new names often, this is especially helpful.
Cass It! is now available as an online process. This means that keeping up with CDs is no longer an issue, and you can CASS™ from any ACS workstation. USPS files and directories are eliminated from your workstations and now reside on our servers. You no longer have to maintain the directories, and they will never expire. Start the CASSing process and continue with your other ACS work until it is finished. The online process frees up your machine’s resources while the CASS process takes place.
ACS CASS It! gives you the ability to:
- Print Form 3553 to take with your bulk mail form to the Post Office.
- View prompt follow up for "Invalid" addresses. Program includes "suggestion" system showing alternate street names, address information, etc. to help with address correction.
- Certify addresses from People and Special Mailings. Options to include members, prospects and deactivated members.
- Update ACS address records to include ZIP + 4 and carrier route. Behind the scenes delivery point bar code and line of travel information is stored to help equip users to print bar-coded addresses for discounted mailings. (Addresses in People, Organizations, Visitation and Special Mailings can be certified in ACS.)
- Provide a list of addresses which do not CASS certify for follow-up. Reason codes are provided to facilitate correction. ACS includes on-line suggestion program for address correction.
- CASS anytime, day or night. Our servers are available 24/7 to process your request.
ACS Max It! provides your office with the tools to increase your bulk mail capability. Max It! Works in conjunction with the ACS CASS It! and People modules. It presorts mailing addresses to meet US Postal requirements for additional bulk mail discounts as well as saves you time by calculating, completing and printing all required postal documentation. Works with CASS It! to give you optimum savings. The Max It! Subscription program provides an updated CD every other month, as required by the Post Office.
With ACS Max It!, you can:
- Analyze each mailing to determine the lowest cost method for sending. This means that instead of manually figuring out what rates you qualify for, Max It! looks at them all and gives you the lowest rate.
- Have the required USPS sorted done for you.
- Sort addresses in the proper sequence to make it fast and easy for labels to be added to the mail pieces.
- Add separator labels and provides a helpful report to let you know what pieces go in which tray or sack.
- Print the appropriate 3602 form, Details of Mailing, Packing and Traying Guide, Zip Code Breakdown and the Qualification Report as required by the Post Office.
Max It! for Periodicals is an additional module that works in conjunction with the Max It! module. It is used to calculate postage discounts and prepare postage paper work for the bulk mailing of periodicals. Periodicals are subscription mailings such as newspapers, magazines, and other periodical publications whose primary purpose is transmitting information to an established list of subscribers or requesters. Periodicals are authorized under a special permit and sent regularly at a stated frequency (at least four times a year). The Max It! for Periodicals module is sold separately from the Max It! Module.
