Online Training Library
Have ACS Training at your fingertips, set around your schedule, based on your needs. With ACS Self-paced Training, you can sign up for courses that are administered over the Internet and viewable on your own schedule and in the comfort of your office or home. Courses are available on a variety of helpful topics, such as Tracking Contributions, Working with People Records, and Common Financial Tasks - new topics are added regularly. Members of the Preferred Client Program have free access to these self-paced courses. Plus, Preferred Client members receive two free Getting Started courses a month.
Classroom Training Events
With nearly 700 training classes offered per year at locations around the nation, you will certainly be able to find a time and place to learn in a classroom environment amongst your peers. Classes are offered on a variety of topics.
Training Manuals
You can even download training manuals released at ACS Classroom Training Events! These manuals are designed for classroom training, but are also accessible from the ACS Documentation Library. This convenient online library is free to all ACS clients and also contains training videos, user guides, special focus documents, implementation guides, and release notes.
Personalized 1-2-1 Training
Address specific training needs of you and / or your staff with Personalized 1-2-1 Training options. 1-2-1 Online training is available and administered over the Internet to focus on the unique training needs of your church. As long as you can connect to the Internet, you can take advantage of this convenient training tool. Or, you can request an ACS Certified Trainer come to your location to train your staff using your computers with Onsite Training. When you need small doses of training in specific areas, Phone Training can be a cost-effective tool. An hour or two of Phone Training allows you to receive the answers to your questions and have the time to practice what you've learned. Onsite, online or via the phone, these 1-2-1 training options offer personalized instruction tailored to your specific training needs and set at your speed.
Ideas to Impact Conference
Formerly the ACS National Convention, the Ideas to Impact Conference offers software training classes from beginner to advanced, peer-to-peer learning opportunities, face-to-face technical support, and lots of networking with ACS Technologies staff and other HeadMaster users.
