We will need you to provide your site number, organization name, a current copy of your data or export file, 5 examples of vendor records by either print screens or in report form to cross check data after the conversion and a copy of your Chart of Accounts. Time frame: It will take 7 to 10 business days from your scheduled conversion date. The data is returned in an ACS backup format that will need to be restored using the ACS Backup/Restore program.
