The ACS Support department offers a Knowledge Base, which consists of a database of articles containing information about questions, problems, procedures, solutions, etc. that can help assist you with promoting Attendance records. You can access the Knowledge Base 24 hours a day on the Internet. The Knowledge Base has an easy-to-use interface with over 9,000 articles on problems and solutions.
