When a user logs into ACS, the WebNews page will display. This is a way to keep you informed about items that may be of interest to you such as information on Updates, Revisions, Training, featured Knowledge Base articles, or Frequent Support Calls, etc. The page will contain links that will redirect you to a web page with additional information about the given topics.
You can set WebNews to Show on Next Login, Show in 1 Week, Show in 1 Month, Show in 3 Months, or Show After Next Update. This setting is per user, so there is no need to worry about inconveniencing other coworkers.

If you set a period or time for WebNews to display, but would like to reset it, just click
User Configuration on the
Utilities tab in either People or Financials. Click
Reset WebNews Date. WebNews will display the next time you log in. At that time, in the lower left corner, select the new period or time you would like WebNews to display again.
NOTE: In order for WebNews to display, you will need to have an internet connection. If you use dialup, you will be prompted to connect to the internet when ever WebNews is scheduled to display
