ACS will be offering instructor-led training for Denominational Offices using the latest ACS product. The training will focus on the Organizations module and will be offered from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on two consecutive days at the locations listed below:
The training will include the following AREAS:
Day 1: Organizations 101—The ACS Workbench, Using Quick View, Managing Organization Records, Configuring the ACS Grid, Organizations Setup, Defining Lists, Administrative Utilities, and the Organizations module tabs (including using the Profile tab, adding Additional Fields, maintaining Phones/Email, maintaining regular mail Addresses, adding/finding/deleting Staff, using Statistics, Statistics View graphing, setting up/managing Groups, maintaining Connections, documenting Comments, tracking Sponsors, collecting for Document Library.)
Day 2: Organizations 201—Filters, Searches, Reports, Labels, Mail Merges, Contributions
If you're a Preferred Client and send more than one person to a training event, at the same location, you will receive 20% off your total bill. All training fees are per person and will be billed at the time of the of the event. Fees include class instruction and materials. Lunch and parking fees, if any, are the individual's responsibility.

Payment and Cancellation Policies
ACS Training Schools are available for ACS clients only.
Pricing is per person and includes the documentation for the classes that you attend. If available, your registration reserves a seat for you to share a computer in the classes you select. Training School fees will be charged and an invoice will be sent to your ACS account on or about the time the school occurs.
Your organization will be billed for the registration you submitted. If you should need to cancel, please notify the ACS Training department at least one week before the start of the event. Cancellations received less than one week before the event will be billed the full amount, but you may apply your payment to a future training event.
Please note: If you don't show up and haven’t notified the training department of your cancellation, your organization will still be responsible for payment and will not be eligible to use the payment towards a future training event.
Substitutions may be made at any time.
Occasionally, ACS may have to cancel or reschedule a training event. Please consider this when making travel arrangements.
