Canceling your subscription will deactivate your login at the end of your current billing cycle. You will no longer be able to access your account or site at that time.

If your invoice is dated the 25th, then your billing cycle runs the 25th – 24th each month.
The exit interview is to discuss your data and to make sure we understand your ministry needs. This also helps us understand what your decisions were and helps us build the best products for your ministry.
You may schedule the exit interview for any time. During that call, we help you determine a time to cancel that will allow you to transfer all of your data to your next solution. We understand that you want the best for your ministry and while our product may not work for you, we may be able to offer other options.
