This week we want to introduce you to Jennifer. She is a Support Representative in our call center.
Jennifer was born in Danville, VA, but moved to South Carolina when she was two years old. She currently lives here with her husband. Her ideal Saturday is spent landscaping in her backyard. She is currently building a patio and pond in her yard. Jennifer likes sitting by her pond enjoying the flowers, waterfalls, and the pretty koi and goldfish. She just recently learned how to lay patio properly which saves her a ton of money. When she is not landscaping, she enjoys singing and cosplaying.

What does a typical day look like at ACST for you?
I work full time in the call center and answer support calls for Realm and PDS and their associated products.
What do you love most about working at ACST?
The friends and family I have made over the last ten years. My husband works here too! Also, this job is never boring. When you answer a call, you never know what it’s going to be and the work to troubleshoot tech issues is probably keeping my mind young.
What is your driving passion for the Church?
Customer service is in my blood. How you talk to people and the role you play in their day is a big deal. I know that the way I conduct myself on a call has an impact on someone’s life. Sometimes they are overwhelmed and unsure of themselves when working with technology. I like to help them feel more at ease with a smiling, friendly voice. When someone calls who is stressed, overwhelmed, and lost, but they leave feeling relieved and happy, it’s rewarding.
