The annual Ideas to Impact Conference is an exclusive event carefully crafted to impact the ministries of our clients. It offers a variety of software training classes (from beginner to advanced), peer-to-peer learning opportunities, face-to-face technical support sessions, and lots of networking activities with ACS Technologies staff and other ACS users.
Our live webinars are lead by a Certified ACS Instructor teaching the latest ACS software. They're a convenient and affordable way to learn the software. All you need is high-speed internet and speakers. No need for a microphone or web cam, all questions are asked via a chat box. You will even have time at the end of the webinar to ask questions.
Classroom Training Events provide learning in a traditional classroom environment. These classes are led by ACS Certified Trainers who demonstrate the use of software projected onto a large screen. We offer nearly 700 training classes throughout the year at locations around the nation. Classes cover a variety of topics and provide an excellent environment to learn valuable skills amongst your peers. All classes are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Here is a list of classes we currently offer:

We have custom 1-2-1 Web Training available for just you and your organization! You have the convenience of being able to interact with a live ACS Certified Trainer at a convenient time. The trainer will be able to see your screen and teach using your data. As long as you can connect to the Internet, you can take advantage of this convenient training tool.
When you need small doses of training in specific areas, Phone Training can be a cost-effective tool. An hour or two of Phone Training allows you to receive the answers to your questions and have the time to practice what you've learned.
Onsite, online, or on the phone, these training options offer personalized instruction tailored to your specific training needs and set at your speed.
Have ACS Training at your fingertips, set around your schedule, based on your needs. With ACS Self-paced Training, you can sign up for courses that are administered over the Internet and viewable on your own schedule and in the comfort of your office or home. Courses are available on a variety of helpful topics, such as Tracking Contributions, Working with People Records, and Common Financial Tasks - new topics are added regularly. Members of the Preferred Client Program get access to these free self-paced courses, plus they receive two free Getting Started courses a month, all available 24/7 in the online library.
You can even download training manuals released at ACS Classroom Training Events! These manuals are designed for classroom training, but are also accessible from the ACS Documentation Library. This convenient online library is free to all ACS clients and also contains training videos, user guides, special focus documents, implementation guides, and release notes.
