There are many ways to learn more about the software and services provided by ACS Technologies. I have blogged about many of these in the past:
– Bringing a certified ACS trainer to your church
– Attending an ACS training school
– Participating in the Yahoo acsusers group
– The often used method of trial and error
While all of these options are helpful and one may best fit your particular needs, I still feel that the Ideas to Impact conference is the best training option available. For three days you will have access to training classes on all aspects of the software. Classes are taught by ACS trainers, ACS developers, industry experts, and even staff from churches using ACS.
If the classes do not provide an answer for a particular question you may have, a consultation area is available staffed by the ACS support department. I also believe that the best of the best learning happens when you sit down with other convention attendees and trade questions and solutions.
If you have been to an ACS conference, you will know what I am talking about. If you have not, check out the information on this year’s conference in Cincinnati and make plans to join us.
