Create applications for team leaders, team members, or volunteers. You can also set up applications for families or groups, or guardian applications to be submitted on behalf of minors.
Profile Questions
Capture participant data necessary to your church. Create profile questions to gather important information, such as allergies, and select the format for the answer.
Integrated Background Checks
Screen applicants, trip leaders, and volunteers to ensure the safety of everyone going on the trip. Go Method will store the background check and request a new screening when it expires.
Requirements
Set up a checklist of requirements to be completed prior to submission. You can also designate which roles the requirements apply to.
References
Set reference rules and questions for your application process. Automated emails are sent and references completed using custom codes to ensure privacy.
Paperless Options
Go Method allows applicants to upload digital documents required for the application process. You can also enable digital signatures and store them through one of Go Method’s integrations.
Approvals
Review, approve, and reject applications for leaders and participants for each trip. In the approval process, you can notify applicants if they were approved or why they were denied.
Limits
Define the number of participants allowed or set age restrictions for applicants. You can also add limits to specific team member types, such as volunteers or participants.
