When setting up your corporate email signature, use the formatting below with the image provided.

How to add the image to your signature in Gmail:
- Right click on the logo image above and copy the image address.
- Open Gmail and click the gear icon. Click See all settings.
- Scroll down to the Signature section. Select your existing signature (or click Create new if you don’t have one).
- Place your cursor where the logo should appear (below phone number) and click the Insert Image icon. Paste the image link “https://www.vancopayments.com/hubfs/Email%20Signature/ACST-powered-by-Vanco-Gmail-Signature-125w.png” from your clipboard and then click Insert Image in the bottom right corner.
- Leave the logo at its default size. Do not resize.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.

Acceptable Use
Clear Space
A healthy amount of clear space around the logo maintains proper brand awareness and consistency. The minimum clear space of the logo is the height of the “A” in ACS Technologies.
Minimum Size
Establishing a minimum size ensures that the impact and legibility of the logo is not compromised.
The ACS Technologies logo should never be
smaller than 160px in digital or 1.25″ in print.
