We’re excited to announce that Higher Ground Technologies is joining ACS Technologies.
In April, Higher Ground Technologies is joining forces with some very like-minded companies: Think Ministry and ACS Technologies. We all share similar goals, cultures, and a heart for the mission and vision of the Church, and now we will be pursuing them under the same umbrella.
In this new space, Tom Guffin and Kevin Brunson will still be leading the team at Higher Ground Technologies. The entire team will continue to monitor, manage, and deliver enterprise-level support of your IT systems. Partnering with you in kingdom work remains our top priority. That is not changing! So, what is changing? Our combined resources will simply allow us to do all of that… better.
Higher Ground Technologies has been the designated hosting provider for MinistryPlatform for many years. Currently more than 100 churches access MinistryPlatform through our services so partnering with them is ideal. ACS Technologies offers awesome customer service, resourcing, and scale that will propel all three of us into the future to continue serving churches and ministries just like we always have.
We all remain committed to what we were so passionate about when we started each of these companies: Serving the kingdom with you. And now we get to do it as one team.

Will Higher Ground still support my network?
Yes. Higher Ground is becoming the Managed Services Division of ACS Technologies, Inc. ACS Technologies is committed to supporting all current Higher Ground Technologies customers as well as offering our services to their extensive network of churches.
Managed Services is still a focus. ACS Technologies has partnered with us because they see the value in managed services and want to provide them to more churches.
Who do I call or contact now when I need support?
You will continue to use the same methods you currently do. The best method to contact us is emailing our support team at Helpdesk@highergroundtech.com.

Will my primary contact at Higher Ground still be available when I need them?
Yes. The entire Higher Ground Technologies team will be joining ACS Technologies and continue to work out of the Collierville, TN office.
Will my monthly fees change?
No. We recently made adjustments to create a standard pricing model and your price will not change in 2021.
Will this impact my billing or payments?
You will still receive monthly invoices from Higher Ground and send your payments to the same address. We will give you advance notices if there are any changes to billing.
How will this affect Higher Ground hosting MinistryPlatform?
MinistryPlatform hosting will continue in our Memphis data center. In the future, we may replicate our hosting services on ACS Technologies’ servers to provide an additional backup for you.
Does this mean I have to use ACS Technologies solutions or MinistryPlatform software to remain an HGT customer?
No. We will continue to support churches running all church management solutions and work with those vendors to resolve any issues.
