Realm Helps Trinity Presbyterian Take Their Church Operations to the Next Level

When Janet Martin joined Trinity Presbyterian Church nearly two years ago, she stepped into a role that demanded meticulous member management and database administration. Like many church administrators, she found herself navigating software that didn’t quite meet the needs of her role.

Nestled in Atlanta, Georgia, Trinity Presbyterian Church began serving its community over 75 years ago. It has grown into a diverse congregation of young and old. The church heavily relies on its ministry efforts to serve the community’s needs, care for those experiencing grief or other life transitions, and provide life groups for its children and young adults.

Before implementing Realm, Janet’s church utilized ACS’s People Suite, which presented several challenges. They found the older software solution simply couldn’t meet their changing ministry needs, specifically when it came to mobilizing their ministry and providing more intuitive means to streamline church operations and communications.

The transition to Realm provided Janet and her team with a more intuitive and streamlined approach to church management.

“Realm is intuitive and extremely user-friendly. The software basically just walks you through each step. It’s very easy to pull reports, like in Realm Accounting. “Sending customized contribution statements through Realm or Constant Contact is simple and straightforward.” – Janet Martin

The church is now planning a relaunch of Realm this fall to maximize its potential. Since implementing Realm, Janet explained she has experienced a dramatic improvement in her administrative capabilities, expressing how Realm’s clean design and straightforward functionality have made member management more efficient and visually appealing.

“Realm makes it so much easier for us to keep our database clean and communicate with our congregation about our ministry.” – Janet Martin

According to Janet, transitioning to Realm has transformed her administrative workflow and enhanced her church’s operations as they celebrated their 75th anniversary.
