Nestled in a seasoned mill town, All Saints Greek Orthodox Church has served the community of Weirton, West Virginia, for over one hundred years. It is a smaller church, serving an in-person congregation of about 90 and an additional 50 who join each week through streaming.
Jessica Wilson, the Executive Administrator, joined the staff in 2023, serving alongside their Financial Secretary, the Parish Priest, and a few volunteers. Jess brought with her decades of experience in operations and quickly saw an opportunity to simplify All Saints’ daily operations.
While the parish began using Realm as a church management database 2 years ago, Jess was an integral part in empowering the parish to utilize the Accounting and online giving tools within Realm. By using one system of record that is cloud-based and truly integrated, the parish has been able to create efficiencies within its day-to-day operations, no longer relying on pen and paper!
As the Executive Administrator, Jess does a little bit of everything as one in that role does. She uses multiple tools within Realm to accomplish the different tasks that her role encompasses, from entering invoices and transactions into Realm Accounting, generating contribution statements for parishioners easily, updating profile information in their central database, to running Realm Payroll.
“We utilize pledges at our church and in Realm, so having the ability to quickly see if there’s a balance for anyone is great. I actually had about 50 people reach out to me after I sent out the contribution statements this year, thanking me because they said it made their lives easier.”

All Saints is passionate about serving the people around them and has many integral ministries within their Orthodox community and parish that serve and educate their youth, philanthropic women’s ministries that give back, and their tasty, annual Greek festival!
When asked if she would recommend Realm, here is what Jess had to say…
“I would definitely recommend Realm to other churches because it creates efficiency. You’re able to spread yourself out to other areas of your ministry that actually need it because you’re not wasting time using pen and paper. Realm makes my job easier…you just don’t know what the parish needs until you make the change and see how it impacts the church in a positive way.”

Jenna joined the ACST team in February 2020 as a Ministry Consultant for small to mid-size churches with a focus on empowering these ministries with the tools they need to accomplish their goals. She believes regardless of the size of the ministry, each church can utilize technology to fulfill the calling God has given them. Prior to joining ACST, she spent several years as a Sales Consultant across multiple industries, all focusing on relationship building, which she feels has allowed her to provide trusted advice to those in need. Jenna is passionate about helping others which fuels her eagerness to serve.
