South Carolina Chamber of Commerce, SC Biz News and Best Companies Group Recognizes ACS Technologies as Eleventh Best in Total Listing of Statewide Companies
August 7, 2015, Florence, S.C. – ACS Technologies®, the world’s leading provider of church management software and service solutions, was recently named one of the Best Places to Work in South Carolina by SC Biz News in partnership with the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce and Best Companies Group. In the ranking, ACS Technologies was recognized as number 11 out of the top 50 to make the final listing of more than 178,000 companies doing business within the state.
Designed to identify, acknowledge and honor the best employers in the state of South Carolina, the recognition focuses on companies benefiting the state’s economy, workforce, and businesses more than any other.

This recognition was determined by a two-part survey process, the first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This employee opinion survey represents the majority (75%) of the scoring and is the leading indicator of a company’s potential ranking. The combined scores were then used to determine the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzation of data and determination of the final rankings. To be considered for participation, companies had to meet certain requirements in size, longevity of service and reside primarily in South Carolina.
