Greg Surratt to Keynote 2012 Ideas to Impact Conference

Surratt, Senior Pastor at Seacoast Church and co-founder of ARC, will kick off the event in Atlanta for nearly 1,000 church staff and leaders on May 29

Florence, SC – ACS Technologies, the world’s leading provider of church management software solutions, announces Greg Surratt, the founding pastor of Seacoast Church, will kick off the annual Ideas to Impact Conference with a keynote address May 29, with the conference continuing at Atlanta’s Omni Hotel at CNN Center through June 1. In addition to the keynote by Greg Surratt, the conference will feature dozens of speakers from around the country, sharing their expertise and ministry experience with nearly 1,000 church staff and leaders.

Greg Surratt is a founding board member of the Association of Related Churches (ARC), a church planting network that has birthed more than 220 churches since 2002. He is also a bestselling author, most recently of the book “IR-REV-REND: Christianity without the pretense. Faith without the facade.” Under Greg’s leadership, Seacoast Church, in Mount Pleasant, S.C., has been recognized by national media as an innovative and influential leader in strategies for church growth and development. Seacoast currently has twenty-nine weekend worship experiences in thirteen separate locations.

“I’ve been attending the Ideas to Impact conference every year since 2009,” said Joyce Munt, Administrative Secretary at Pender United Methodist Church in Fairfax, Va. “It’s so much more than just a software convention — it’s an experience! It is such a wonderful opportunity for learning, fellowship, and to listen to well-known authors sharing their thoughts and ideas. I can’t wait to see Greg Surratt speak this year; the speakers are always inspirational and open with their wisdom, experience and insight. It is an absolute blessing.”
